THERE ARE CHANGES – PLEASE READ OUR NEW GUIDELINES

  1.  This show is open to all 2D and 3D art mediums. The judges will consider originality, technique, presentation, emotional effect, and theme interpretation.
  2.  Each Red Cliff Gallery (RCG) show has a designated theme. Artists are encouraged, but not required, to submit art that reflects the theme.
  3.  Up to three pieces of art can be entered for each show: $15 for one piece, $20 for two pieces, and $25 for three pieces. If paying by check: pay to Southern Utah Art Guild.
  4.  One piece of art can be labeled not for sale (NFS).
  5.  A piece of art can be entered into a show more than once provided one year has elapsed and your art has not won an award.
  6.  All artwork submitted for a RCG event must be artistically appropriate for exhibit in RCG as determined by the RCG Director. 
  7.  The RGC Committee reserves the right to deny any entry based on the quality of framing and/or hanging hardware. See hanging instructions at: SouthernUtahArtGuild.com/red-cliff-gallery/
  8.  All art must be YOUR ORIGINAL ART. Preprinted panels, cards, giclee, or reproductions are not allowed. Red Cliff Gallery and Southern Utah Art Guild shall not be responsible for an artist’s infringement of another’s copyrighted image.
  9.  The RCG Committee will label, display and hang all artwork. A RCG assistant may assist you at check-in. Art Tags need to be adhered to the back of each piece of submitted art.
  10.  SALES: The Southern Utah Art Guild will retain a commission of 25% of the sales price. Artists should include the Guild’s commission in the sale price. Use this formula: Desired $ _______ / .75 = Sales Price.
  11.  Sales tax will be added to the price of each piece sold and will be collected by RCG at the time of the sale. 
  12.  You have the opportunity to replace SOLD art as quickly as possible with a new piece with no additional charge. 
  13.  The artist grants the Southern Utah Art Guild and Red Cliff Gallery permission to photograph and reproduce images of the submitted artwork for promotional and marketing purposes.
  14.  RCG strives to promote artwork on Facebook/Instagram. However, if your artwork is under glass or difficult to photograph, feel free to send an image to redcliffgalleryutah@gmail.com and we will use your image.
