Deena Millecam | an Arrowhead Gallery Artist

Deena Riley Millecam was raised on a fruit farm in Payson, Utah. She learned from her father, Howard Riley, how to work hard pruning, irrigating, fertilizing and harvesting fruit.

Because of this upbringing, she learned life skills of working hard to accomplish what you want.
Deena graduated from Utah State with a Bachelor of Education, and received her Masters from the University of Utah in Education and Administration.

She was an art teacher, special ed. teacher, school counselor and later became an administrator for Uintah School District.

After many years in education, she returned to art teaching adults, at-risk students, and young people. She now shows in three galleries; Gallery 35 St. George, SUAG St. George, Gallery 25 Ogden, and hopefully, Arrowhead in St. George.

She attributes her watercolor and oil painting to many great art mentors that have supported and taught her art.
