Born and raised in southern Utah, Michael Eardley’s work is shaped by a lifelong relationship with the region’s landscapes. He began photographing in 2018 and quickly developed a focused interest in the study of light—particularly its behavior in nocturnal environments and remote natural spaces.

He spends much of his time in Zion National Park and the surrounding public lands. His practice centers on astrophotography and night imagery, while also encompassing landscape and wildlife photography, with an emphasis on patience, timing, and a sense of place.

Michael is committed to the long-term pursuit of fine art photography and to building a sustained presence within the contemporary landscape photography field. He is appreciative of the opportunity to present his work through the Arrowhead Gallery.
